Purple Dot Platform Support

Currently, we offer support for a few different applications including:&#xA0;<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Postcode Shipping</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Metapack</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Intuitive Shipping&#xA0;</li></ul>If you use one of these shipping apps, please reach out to our support team and we can assist in setup.&#xA0;If you brand doesn&apos;t use one of these shipping apps, many approximate the rates by country (or state) with a flat rate looking at what shipping has been charged over the last few weeks.If you see shipping to the whole of the USA has been, $9. $11, $10, $10 recently, we&apos;d recommend setting the rate at $10.If that holds for all states, great. For example, if you ship a lot to Hawaii and that&apos;s more expensive, then we recommend just setting a more expensive rate for Hawaii.

Currently, we do not support calculated shipping rates.
