How can I cancel a customer’s pre-order?Updated 2 days ago

If a customer does not want to cancel the pre-order themselves, you can cancel the pre-order for them, or they can cancel in our self-service portal. 

Head to the Pre-order tab on the left-hand side dashboard. Click the Cancel pre-order button to cancel the entire order or Click Cancel next to the specific line item to cancel only the individual line item.

Once completed, the customer will receive a cancellation email.
