How do we get our pre-order download report into one currency?Updated 2 days ago

You may want to use our pre-order download report for different analyses. Some analyses may need that all orders are in one currency. Here's how you can can so in USD: 

1.) Download the pre-order report 

2.) Open up Google Sheets 

3.) Upload CSV, click File > Open 

4.) To the right of column AA, insert a new column name and name the column (now column 

AB) "Target Currency" 

5.) Make the entire "Target Currency" column the value "USD" 

6.) Insert a new column to the right of column AB, called "Total (Currency Converted)" 

7.)Paste in the formula: "= IFERROR(AA2 * GOOGLEFINANCE("CURRENCY:" 

&T2&AB2),AA2)" to row 2.  

8.) Copy that formula for the whole column (or use auto-fill) 

9.) "Total (Currency Converted)" will now reflect the USD per order.  

Note: You may want to adjust some steps, such as filtering out canceled orders, based on 

your specific workflow.
