My exports are failing. What's wrong?Updated 2 days ago

Is your bank account connected? Your bank account must be connected before you can export your waitlists. Head to Balances on the left-hand side to check.

If your bank is connected and you are seeing exports fail or stuck in a status that says 'Export requested' please reach out to the the Purple Dot support team at [email protected] or via Slack.
