Purple Dot automates refunds for returns for pre-orders. 

Simply follow your normal returns process, and Purple Dot will automatically react to any returns in Shopify that were bought as a pre-order and execute a refund automatically. 

No need for your customer service team to need to execute return refunds in Purple Dot.

The customer will receive an email informing them that a refund has been issued.

Note: Gift cards need to be refunded in your Purple Dot dashboard.
