To export all pre-orders for a product:

There are two ways to export a waitlist. 

1. Find the waitlist for the product and click the Export to Shopify button.

Important: For customers that have multiple pre-order items in their order, when you export a single waitlist, it will export any pre-orders that can be fulfilled just with that item. If an order has multiple pre-order items, it will be held back until both items can be fulfilled. 

If you want to split the order and send this product even if there are other pre-order items in the orders, you can select opt in and select the "Yes, please split my pre-orders" toggle. Screenshot below provided for reference. 

2. Head over to the Waitlist tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard and select the waitlist(s) you want to export, then click Export to Shopify in the top right-hand corner.
