We have known compatibility with the Shopify app, Fraud Filter. If a customer is excluded on this app, then any pre-orders created by these customers will be subsequently auto-cancelled.
If you use another app to prevent customers from checking out, we recommend testing out the app by adding your email temporarily to the list and trying to checkout with a pre-order. If the pre-order auto-cancels, then you're all sorted!
