Purple Dot Platform Support

Upcoming payouts represent funds that have recently been released to you for payment. Normally these funds will appear in your bank account within 2 - 10 business days, depending on the payment method used and country your bank is based in.<img src="https://attachments.gorgias.help/Oro0V7L0kw79d83N/hc/qgaXzxaKYN2vDWOp/2024061919-c5b4d9bb-fb0e-4caf-a726-112b4a689466-d12f10cd-b38b-4cbc-ab3d-ba133a341f0d.png" style="width: 600px;" class="fr-fic fr-dib">If you make use of Purple Dot&#x2019;s combined checkout (in-stock and pre-order) and allow shoppers to ship in-stock items separately from their pre-order, funds for the in-stock portion of the order will automatically bypass your Held balance and be included in your Upcoming payouts.
