What makes up the "Held balance" total on the finance page?Updated 2 days ago

The Held balance represents the money we have taken from shoppers for their orders but has not yet been released to you for payment. Funds will remain held until an order/item is exported for fulfillment or—if you are using our payment advance facility—an advance has been processed.

If you use Purple Dot’s combined checkout (in-stock and pre-order) and allow shoppers to delay shipment of in-stock items with their pre-order, the Held balance will also include funds for any held-back in-stock items that have yet to be fulfilled.
