Why is my “Upcoming payouts” figure negative?Updated 2 days ago

In some scenarios, we may be required to recover funds from you. Most commonly this occurs when a shopper requests a cancellation or submits a return after the money has already been paid to you, but may also arise from certain charges (e.g cancellation fees). In general, we will try to net this off against any upcoming payouts, but when that is not possible, funds may sometimes be debited from your connected bank account to cover the shortfall.
